Hi,

I am getting total float of 800 and above, which is a mistake.

 

Plz help me resolve it.

    you should check the "Must finish by" field in the "Project Details" form, "Dates" tab

    1. make sure that EVERY

    1. make sure that EVERY activity has a predecessor and a successor

    2. if you are using ANY constraint dates make sure that YEAR is correct and its not a typo

    3. go to project directory make sure your project is highlighted and select the dates tab and make sure that under the Must Finish By Date that you list your project completion date there.

    4. Press F9 review results
