Hi guys,

 

I have an doubt regarding resource assignment.

the problem is,  i have to assign 2 manpower for 3activities.

this 2guys will only do that 3 activities.

how shall i assign to satisfy this condition.

can anyone explain step wise

    create a resource assign the

    create a resource 

    assign the resource to the activity

    put the manhours required in the resource in the budgeted labor units 

    done
