Cost loading issue

Hai Everyone, 

 

Can Anyone Please help me out, 

 

When i am trying to Import the cost loaded File in P6 , about 20% of the activiites are showing zero value even though i assigned value , rest of activities are all Ok .. can any one tell me why

    on the resource make sure

    on the resource make sure that calculate cost from units is NOT checked if it is run a global change to fix it then import the file
