How to access primus solution prim39021?

Hello,

I am trying to solve a problem in P6 and everytime I do a google search it points to primus solution prim39021, but I can't find this on oracle support. Does anyone know where to look for it?

    Does this occur when you try

    Does this occur when you try to import EPS-level Activity Codes ? If so the Activity Code must already exist in the EPS node you are importing into as well as be assigned to an activity, or any higher EPS nodes in its hierarchical branch.

    This includes its parent nodes and the parents of its parent node etc... going all the way up to its respective root EPS node. You may also want to check  and make sure that the codes are not secure codes.
