This is more than likely a simple answer....

Example:

10 day activity for an electrical resource. 4 guys needed on the job for days 1-6, then drop to 2 guys for days 7 & 8 and back up to 4 for days 9 & 10.

Can this be achieved in a single activity, or do I need 3 separate activites linked F-S and up/down the resource as required?

    you need 3 seperate

    you need 3 seperate activities a lot of time the scheduling specifications limits the duration for an activity to 21 days (not including long lead procurement items)
