Scheduling Activities Just in Time for Its Successor

I have equipment procurement activities that need to be delivered just in time for each install.  I place all the orders on Day 2 of the project.  I want to show, for each equipment, a lead time extending upto its install activity (its successor) starting on Day 3 upto Day X where X varies depending on the equipment.
 
I am using P6 R16.2.  Using the ALAP constraint is an option, but using it for 15 activities?
 
Any suggestions is most appreciated.
