Export Schedule % and Actual % progress values from P6 to excel

Can anyone please advise how to export Schedule % and Actual%  values from P6 to excel ? This is mainly to generate the planned and actual S curves for the project.And I need its cumulative too... Any amout of help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    do you have resources for

    do you have resources for each activity ? if not what is your basis scheduled % complete  ?  you need something to measure what is it that you are measuring units, manhoours or dollars ? or just the time element  i.e. 100 day project 50 days into the project your palnned % complete should be 50% ?

    I have a cost loaded Schedule

    I have a cost loaded Schedule activity wise. Resources are loaded too but without adding a cost against the resources. These resouces are just to teack the quantity of Labour and non labour resources.
