    Dear Zoltan,

    First of all, my apologize for  post this question  over here,because its not 100% related to primavera.

    I'm trying to solve this network diagram by using CPM/PERT method with the help of dummies.

    But i'm not sure,whether i'm solving it in right way,if its wrong, some suggestions  needed.

    Kindly see attached picture below
