I need to have an excel spreadsheet that lists all activities original duraion as well as lags.

I've tried numerous was of P6 exporting to excel, filtering/formatting within P6 to copy and paste in excel, but am unable to find a way to get both the original durations and lags on one spreadsheet.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

    Hi Larry

    You can use the 'Reports' feature for all the relationships in the schedule. Also the lags.

    Go to Tools < reports and then select report AD-02 activity relationships.

    Open the projectSelect

    1. Open the project
    2. Select FILE>EXPORT>XLS
    3. Select both Activities and Activity Relationships
    4. The default Export template should be sufficient for what you need
    5. Select a locaiton to export the XLS file to
    6. Open the XLS file
    7. There is one tab for the activity infomration where you'll find duraton
    8. There is a second tab that lists all Relationships inlcuding lags
    9. Use VLOOUP to match the predecessor ID in the relationships tab to the duration in the activity tab
