BL Budget At Completion and PV is Not Matching At Completion Total Cost for a Completed Activity

Hi,

I have an activity in my schedule that has a Budget At Completion=PV=EV=$16,451.87, while my At Completion Total Cost for that activity= $66,084.98 (as in the attached screenshot).

The Baseline was snapped two months after the activity finish date was actualized; I tried to update the BL couple of times for that specific activity, but its still showing No matching values. 

Anyone went through this situation before please?

    release the baseline fix it

    release the baseline fix it then re-attach it.
