Is there any way in primavera that I can recall that information?
I took over from a previous plan and now they want to improve in the past.
 
for example, they want early start costs and late start costs for a specific day in the past.

    there are many ways 
     
    1. you should ALWASY copy the schedule prior to each update than you are always left with an historical recored during that update period.
     
    2. You can always refer to actual start and actual finish dates to see what happened when.
     
    3. Buy saving a copy of the previous update you can use that as a baseline to reference off of and to compare values
