Lost activity information when copy

Dear all,

I use P5 when copy activity and mark activity information to be copy, after that paste one only relationships are not copied.

Who is find this problem same above, please advise me the solution.

    Hello,

    It could happen when you have some triggers that avoid erasing datas such as Actuals for instance, but only for those specific fields. Otherwise, I do not see any other reason.

    Hello,

    as you are copying only one activity, in fields to be copied, unmark the field (only between copied activities)under relationships.
    if you Unmark this field, the relationship will be copied.
