p6 _ Resource Assignments

Hi,

I have a question about applying the Actual on Primavera p6.
 
like you see in the picture below, i made an export from resource assignments to excel :
 

 
 
and i want to use this spreadsheet to implement the actual unit per day and Re-Import it to primavera p6.
 
is there any solution for this? can i enter the actual in this excel file and import it to p6 ?

    file exportthen choose

    file export

    then choose excel

    select resources 

    then select modify 

    the select the resource id name and the actual units 

    export to excel

    populate in excel

    save file 

    import back into p6

    Report
