Dear PP users,

How to test a person in order to know that whether he/she is a qualified person for planning job?

Is there any specific norms/guidelines?

the best way is reading CV and ask about his experiance in detailed, I do not think sombody had a standard in this regard.

I am not aware of any standards or norms for planning positions. Perhaps one of the recruiters who frequent the forums can offer some insight into what employers are asking for (by industry)?

greatly depend on whats your requirement. No standard.

Use of tools, just question or test on some software technique and meaning of output.

For integration and co-ordination, then come to management skill and human side.

A Planner/Scheduler normally never plan his/her daily life.
