Oldest first- 0Raj Maurya ·If you look at history of development of network analysis tool, you will find that Mr. Gantt has developed this technique to present working sequence and planning but later its shortcomings were improved & modified to meet the futher requirement to show the detail dependencies of complex project and then CPM is developded. So you still can use this as a project management tool.
