concrete frame rates

Hellow Guys,

Working on a concrete frame pre-quaification programme 7 stories. just to get a quick cross check .What is the rate of construction for 1100 (138m X 8m) msq with 38 columns (300 X300m cols) 225mm thick deck.

    Can any body guide, how to assume resource staturation??
    I am working on a project where manpower is not a constraints.. Its about resource saturation??
    Can anybody, from their experience tell how can i link Space with 1 man so that i can know how many max no of manpower can be deployed??
