P6 : Added Projects to Portfolio

When a project is added to a portfolio it does not appear to other users on the system until the exit and re-start Project Management. Is there a better way to refresh the project list to show the newly added project?

    Yeah we have tried to refresh the portfolio and I have also tried opening other portfolios, then going back.

    The only method that seems to work it to exit then re-enter.
