Performance % complete

I m looking a Performance % complete, In my one project, i can get a performance % complete, and another project, i could n’t get a performance % complete. i can get my total budget hrs and earned hrs. plz can u help me , i really apprecited it.

    Hi Musawar,

    Performance % Complete is related to Cost. If you don’t have cost loaded to your programme then you don’t get P%C.

    If you have assign cost then you need to check your cost not equal to zero.

    Performance % complete is KPI right?
    As my understanding you just need Earned Hours to divide actual cumulative manhours. From there u will see how good your current project status.

    Hi Izam,

    Performance % Complete is used to compute earned value and may be based on the activity % complete.

    KPI is the Key Performance Indicator. Try to check this link:
