Anyone can provide me the list of activities to build a Yacht or a Powerboat.
In Fact i’m planning to re-use my GrandFather carpentry adding Fiberglass manufacturing and electrical workshop, and the bank is ready to finance my Boats manufacturing Project.
All what i need is to build an action Plan to submit to my Bank.
Please help!

The key answer is to ask the people (team members) who are going to assist you in building your new factory. If you are still alone and at the initial stage, then you might want to read more about the nuts and bolts of the industry that you want to get into. Subsequently, you can partner with a similar company or hire an experience shop manager who knows the process.
Once you do that, the list of activities would be clear.
With kind regards,
Samer
