I. Substructure
Site Survey
Exvacation
Isolated Footing;
Shuttering,
Reinforcement,
Anchor Bolts Placement
Casting,
Insulation,
Instulation Protection
Fill around footings
Vapor Barried placement or Blinding
Reinforcement
Casting of Slab on Grade

II. Superstructure Erection
Columns and Rafters
Purlins, Girts and Sag Rods
Wire Mesh and Insulation
Cladding
Cranes if any
Windows and Doors
Trims and Accessories
Gutters and Downspouts
Mastic and Foams
Fire Protection, Paint and specific requirement might be needed.

III. Electromechanical
Cable Trays and wiring
Fire Fighting system
Fire Alarm System
There are over 15 E/M system and depending on the design that you have, you can include them.

IV. Finishing
you will need an office area, storage, electrical room, and toilers, this is usually made of Block. The sequence is straight forward.

Yes,forgot to write the area of this open shed is just 1300 sqm and two guard houses of 35sqm.

Under slab drains and service trenches.

Rainwater disposal.

External works - roads and landscaping

Don’t close the cladding until all big M&E kit is installed.

Look out for Upstand roof lights along the ridge - they will need scaffold access up through the lower roof.
