Hi to all

Does any one have come across float mapping and how do they help in preparation of claims ?

    Dear Shahul,

    I would recommend that you identify the time of the delay event, and the duration of it. Subsequently, find out the activities with equal float time to that duration. You delay event (in theory) should be studied on all these activities. Of course you have to take the constraints into consideration.
