Hospital design and construction schedule

Hi Ahmed,

Do you already have a WBS for your project? If you don’t yet have a WBS, do you need help putting one together?

I find it easier to work with a WBS, as I then know that my schedule contains all the elements required to complete my project.

If you already have a WBS then why don’t you post it here? I’m sure there will be someone on the forum more than willing to help with your schedule, but they will probably need to have a starting point to help you from.

Otherwise they might just get the feeling that they are doing your job for you.

You ask for help with both a Design and Construction schedule for a new hospital?

Do you mean that you have no drawings at all yet - not even a schematic outline?
