Updating Progress in P6

Hi all

 

i m facing a problem in P6.

 

I prepared a schedule in P6 loaded with resources i.e Cost and est wt. but when i m updating this schedule it is showing actual value for next month also .

 

for example when i m updating till Apr-11 it is showing actual value for May also .

 

Please help me !

    one possible reason is calendar time affecting data date or actual dates

    also check your actual dates
