UAE Labour Indices

Is anyone able to direct me to Labour Indices for the UAE, or, a correction factor to apply to UK / Western rates such as those provided on this website.

I'm initially interested in Excavation to pile and pile breaking.

 

Any responses greatly appreciated.

    Based on my own experience working in Dubai from 2005 to 2007, if I can remember it correctly, I'm getting around .40 to .60 thats based on an overall view.
