Can you please advise how Performance % complete works in P6? Thanks

    Hi   Performance % complete

    Hi

     

    Performance % complete is a 'roll up' of all EV earned through Physical % complete

    Ie if you have a number of tasks that collectively add up to a EV £100 and the total budget is £1000 the Performance % complete is 10%

    Performance complete is a

    Performance complete is a function of actual cost in relation to cost at completion in a cost loaded programme, generally used for EV analysis.  It can be on activity level or at summary level.The performance complete value is usually the activity %complete value. (Not the unit%, duration% or physical %).Also, the values in the performance complete are stored whenever you execute the store project performance function.
