Man Power Histogram

Dear All

Currently I am handling a project having a one month delay ,I want to prepare man power histogram , The histogram i prepared is based on Baseline and now it is not reflecting the exact   situation of site due to delay

1. Is it possible tp prepare a Histogram based on Actual start and expected to finish, or  Expected to start or Expected to Finish?( I am using P3  as a software )

2.While preparing  this, is there any need to remove Target program?

    Your question is not clear.Actually what is the real thing that u want to extract.?

    Is it only a manpower histogram or any delay analysis..? Histogram u can see in

    resource usage profile.
