Activity necking

Hey All!

I was wondering if someone can help me. I am trying to neck an activity that is critical. the calendar attached to the activity already has the non work period into consideration. When i go to the bar setting and checked the calendar non work time and activity non work intervals nothing happens. Instead of necking the activity, the activities above it neck.

Can some experts please help?

    Cheers guys i have figured it out. I needed to highlight the critical activity in the bars segment.
