I've been tasked with writing some generic procedures, processess & standards for my current company on everything from general planning procedure to specific progress measurement standards. I have a few bits from previous companies & positions but does anyone know of any good reference points or documentation online I could use for ideas & help, or perhaps they have previous examples they would like to share with me?
