ERROR while importing progress from excel

Guys
Please look into the following error report and tell the way around
i was trying to update progress from excel file and import is unsucessfull..
I know est_wt feild is associated with activity steps..but i am not using any..but y still P6 is asking for it?

where did you get the excel
where did you get the excel file that you are importing ?
create an excel file to populate with your updated information by exporting the fields that you want this give you a template.
also go to the project mode big button on the left and make sure that you projetc is highlighted
click on the calculations tab
on the left make sure that Activity Percent complete based on activity steps is NOT checked
