How to reschedule??

Intially the project finish date was 30April 2016, Because of the Penalty milestone, dates have been prepon to Dec 2015..so how to fix this in p6???

    change the project must

    change the project must finish by date 

    change the durations 

    change logic 

    ask for more money to accomplish the above
