1. Let us know the what are the consequences as per FIDIC laws for non submission of Clause-14 construction programme for complete scope of work???
Let me say the example
Project Scope is 3 no of project locations of different scope.
Programme submitted for 2 no of project locations only leftout/ missed the remaining 3rd project location & scope.
What are the consequences for the above case as per FIDIC/ any contrauctal laws??
