Proposal Schedules - so you kind of want to indicate broad resources and timeline over a couple years - best format, etc?  What do you show, what do you use?  I kind of like Milestones Etc. over P6 - because P6  is not that formatting friendly - you get what you get.

    I would show maximum weekly

    I would show maximum weekly quantities for all resources in a single table.

    For a granular view I like to display Gantt showing for every activity the volume of work, the resource assignments, materials consumption and production rates.
