Hello all.

I have generated a report that compares for each activity/resource combination the following: BCWP, BCWS & ACWP.

For some unknown reasons, for one particular activity, a value for BCWS is appearing even when the start (constrained) of this activity is well beyond the data date. Why?

This problem occurs only when I generate the report using Primavera Look. It does not occur in the cost profile. Strange! Please advise.

    BCWS comes from the baseline plan, so the current start of the activity is unimportant.

    All I can think of as to why it is correct in the Layout and not in the Tabular report is that the Layout always refers to target 1, and Tabular reports can chose Target 1 or 2?

    I rechecked my schedule. I am using the baseline for BCWS calculation. Also, there is only one target defined. Maybe, there is something else that I might have done wrong because this is my first time generating earned value S-curves using P3.
