Hi there,
Does anybody can help me?how do you load the budget into the P3? I have got a budget prices for the materials with me and i need to put each material prices into P3 which are already in the program as Activity to prepare a cash flow chart but i dont know how to do it?
I will appricate if you can help me.

Oldest first- 0Nigel Hussey ·Create a resource and give it a value of 1 for the "Price/Unit" unit Assign a resource to the activity. Keep in mind that this resource should not be spread across an activity as it is a material resource and thus will be expended as soon as the activity starts (usually this is the case but you might have reasons not to do this). Use a resource lag of ’0’ and a duration of ’1’ and the Budgeted Quantity as the Cost Value of the material. Hope this is what you mean and is of some help.
