Progress Spotlight Problem

In one of my views I cannot move the progress spotlight. Anyone else had this? Or know what switch I have triggered to stop this functionality from working? It’s possible this view is corrupted.

    You may be right..Your view may be corrupt. Have you tried closing and opening it? Or maybe closing and re-opening your P3?..
