Hi - I’m running into a problem with tracing the critical path through my project. I have a hammock activity that is showing up as a driving relationship on my critical path, but that doesn’t seem right to me.
What should I know about hammocks and how P3 treats them as driving predecessors?

Oldest first- 0James Barnes ·afaik there is no way for a hammok to drive anything in P3, they only report the activities they are conencted to, not drive.
That said, if the CP runs through activities reported by the hammock, then the hammock may have 0float and so show as critical. Chances are that the last activity (at least) under your hammopck activity is the critical path item you’re tracing.
Hammocks can be very confusing. Many people refuse to use them. I do use them but very sparingly.
