Hallo All,

Can any one guide that is it necessary to update the Hammock activities while updating a task driven schedule(To put actual dates and/or percentage complete.)

    You do not have to update a Hammock it is updated automaticly.

    Hammock is used when in an activity start and end dates are known and we want it (activity) to pick duration and adjust itself within the limits (start and end dates).

    You can find hammock activities used in Cranes and Hoists section of our programme.

    Hello! Can anybody teach me how to create hammock activities. A sample schedule will be of great help for me to understand more hammock activities.

    Hi Ernani,

    To create a Hammock Activity, create a new activity in their specific level and change the activity type to "hammock" then tie up with the predecessor (SS) & successor (FF).

    For hammock activities, You have to update actual start date and actual finish date. The percentage of hammock activities shall be automatically calculated.
