    That is not possible if your activities are not progressing as planned. However, it maybe done by reducing some durations for your activities, or why not use your baseline or target (progressed as planned)?

    how to update the progress each activity if not based on duration and just based on pysical percentage

    Vex,
    Update % complete and enter remaining duration. Do the same on resources if assigned. Very simple.
