    I read it with rapidly diminishing pleasure.

    All the research was derived from American software - no Spider - no PowerProject - Typical Oracle - not just rubbish in rubbish out but rubbish to start with.

    I am still reading the book on how doing Japanese exercises on the production floor is to improve the quality of our products.
