The level of progress America has made towards accepting diversity is reflected in our current workplace, however a survey from Glassdoor reveals that 57% of employees believe that their companies should be more diverse.

    I once worked for a foreign

    I once worked for a foreign invested company and they have 50-50 locals vs. foreigners. It is good to learn your colleagues who are with different cultures and it realy refreshes how they perceive the world.
