Hi,
I’m studing on classification of construction risks and their efects to construction cost
Is there any study about risks in construction projects? How can i reach list of construction risks? Thanks for your interest and help

    Dear Ersin,

    There are many sources to identify the risks associated with the Contractor or the Employer identified in FIDIC. You can also search this site as well for previous threads I think that this was covered in good details.

    The PMBOK also identifies the Risk as a process and outlines the steps to working with it.
