Hi All,

Do you agree that Inspection can cause delay on the completion of activities considering the time of submission and resubmission of RFI's. Also, the time of waiting for the inspectors instead of doing the work continuously.

May I know your opinion.

    Time for test/Inspections should be built into your programme as individual tasks.

    Then if they take to long or are delayed you can demonstrate the delay.
