As Planned Vs As built - Comparison

Good morning, 

I am looking to compare the as built with the as planned - Is it possible to export this in some format into excel to compare variances in duarations? Or is there an easy way to compare i.e. Planned 5 days, As built 10 days?

    You could baseline your as

    You could baseline your as planned programme and then insert this in your as built programme.

    Then format the chart to show the baseline on its own line which will show you the difference in durations.
