Problem with resource pool

Dear All,
I’ve currently got a schedule with 4 consolidated schedules within it, each using a resource pool. The resource pool works fine for the first 3 and doesn’t seem to work for the last schedule within.
The usual steps have been taken, i.e. assigning the resource pool to the schedule.
Once again after this step it does not show the resource pool assignments?
HELP!

are you using MS Project Std, or Pro + Server?
I guess it’s Std?
Are you sure you have saved the file #4 after resources were assigned to tasks?
Have you tried linking another project file to the same resource pool and using resources? if it works, that means that your current file #4 is corrupted
