TeamPlay - Duplicate data

Hello all,
We have been using Primavera TeamPlay for quite some time but recently there has been a problem with duplicate data. Some timesheets when open within TeamPlay show the same activity information twice or even more. We couldnt find those duplicate entries in the DB. Has anyone experienced this so you could give us some clues?
