Hey everyone,
I am starting at a new company who was ordered to implement P6 from the parent company. I am working with the sales representatives for pricing and module set ups.
My expirience has been in both P3 and P5. The change from P3 to P5 was not a pleasent expierence.
My goal is to make this implementation much smoother than the previous at my old company.
From a Scheduler/Budget Manager perspective, are the budgetary tools and reporting system (export to excel create graphs) still the norm in P6? I am working in a standard EPC (engineer, procure, construct) philosophy. Since i have not worked in P5 since July of 07. I just want to really know about the hickups, there is not much information out there about P6 other than the web management tools.
Thank you all
