    There are three different parameters that you might be measuring. Time, cost or resource. So does your concept of "Planned % complete" represent how far through the time, cost or resource (work) you should be?

    I also have the same question. I have assigned a non labor resource with linear curve to activites and I want to know what is planned % complete for this resource.
