Hello,
I use Importing features to automatically update my planning, I am using the 6.2 version and the following datas, among others which I do modify, are well imported : Actual Start; Duration % Complete.
My collegue is working on a 6.0 version and when importing the same data the result show that the % ara not taken into account.
Is this problem due to the type of the version, with both have the same settings for our parameters.

The Duration % Complete cannot be modified using Excel sheet due to (*) sign while Actual Start can be changed. If you want to alter your Duration % complete in excel then you need to create and assign the UDF (User Defined Fields) say DUR%COMP.
The UDF need to include during exporting data and change it using excel sheet. When done, export it back to P6.
Create and Run a global change with corresponding parameters:
Duration % complete = DUR%COMP
Make sure before running the global change you need to have the actual start for each activities to be updated.
