Importing MSP 2003 file in P6

Hi,

After importing a MSP 2003 file into P6, the MSP WBS is shown in P6 as a WBS node as well as a task with an activity type of WBS summary.

How do i import a MSP 2003 file without converting the wbs into a task.

    Hi Richu,

    I got the same dilemma with you. What I do is delete or hide those activities since it will become redundant when you organize using WBS grouping. I also renumber the activities using global change facilities.

    I usually import MSP project just to save time typing and use it in further detailing this MSP schedule using P6 capabilities.

    Probably other PPers has better method , kindly share or later version of P6 will have this facilities.
