All planner,
Yesterday I find a MS word file on our server, it’s a resource assignment report form P6, just like pint review in P6, including color, table, frame, also the number can edit, normally when we copy it from P6 and paste to word, only remain the data, if including color etc. format, it only can be picture, how did this guy do it,.
anybody know it, please let me know. Thanks.

OK It won’t be very easy but there is a way to come around it. Create your report, finalize it and when you come to the final stage, Run your report and you will have a chance to save your report as an HTML file. When you do that you should open that html file on your browser and select all of the items on the report for example ctrl+a on internet explorer. copy them and paste them to word, excel etc. and you will have your report including data values and format, not a picture.
I know it is not a very simple method but it is what I do for reports.

Save yourself the extra step. MS Word can open HTML files. Using Word, open the HTML file and then just use "Save As" to save it as a DOC file. Good luck!
